Signed, titled and dated in Chinese script and counter-signed in Latin script. Produced in a limited edition of 100, of which this is number 11. Framed in a modern black frame (not of great quality). There is a gift inscription dated 2009 on the back of the frame and a note that it is from the Ashmolean. Condition: Overall in very good condition with good colours. The woodblock itself is in lovely clean condition. As is mentioned above the frame is not of good quality and has some scuffing and wear, including an abrasion to the bottom edge and some peeling to the sides. There is a large abrasion to the front.The picture would benefit from being re-framed. Visible Image - 50cm by 30cm.
