Wild Bill was awarded 2 Purple Hearts, 2 Bronze Stars, 2 Combat Stars, Silver Star and a Presidential Unit Citation while serving with Easy Company in Europe. A very patriotic story as told by the recent mini-series HBO hit "Band of Brothers".
